The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive client engagement. The role includes meeting with potential customers to understand their needs, presenting products and services in a professional and effective manner, and negotiating and closing sales deals.
The Sales Executive is also responsible for preparing regular sales and performance reports, ensuring product availability to support sales activities, and professionally addressing customer objections or complaints. The role works closely with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and assess customer needs.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, events, conferences, and social media channels.
- Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements, expectations, and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations on products and services tailored to customer needs.
- Prepare regular sales performance reviews and reports, including sales and financial data.
- Ensure product availability and stock readiness for sales activities and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate terms, close sales deals, and professionally handle customer objections or complaints.
- Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HORECA or FMCG sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Presentable and Customer-Oriented.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and meet sales goals under pressure.
- Must be a Giza resident.
