We are looking for a Hospital Manager/ Hospital Administrator who directs daily clinical and non-clinical operations, ensures regulatory compliance of DHA, manages budgets, and enhances patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including patient flow, department coordination, and security/facility management.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to Dubai Health Authority (DHA), MOHAP, and international safety standards.
- Financial & Resource Management: Manage budgets, optimize resource utilization, and oversee procurement of medical/office supplies.
- Patient Experience: Address complaints, implement patient-centered initiatives, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Strategic Planning: Support business development and implement strategic growth initiatives for the hospital.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Health Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Experience: Proven experience in a hospital, medical center, or healthcare industry within the UAE hospital set up.
- Skills: Strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare regulations, and database systems (e.g., Hospital Information Systems - HIS).
- Attributes: Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skill
