We are developing a new brand within Warrior Group, redefining adventure-driven hospitality through an integrated design, build, and operate model. From rugged lodges in mountain escarpments to desert camps and coastal hideaways, the new brand brings together comfort, courage, and connection with nature. Each destination celebrates raw landscapes, authentic adventure experiences, and transformative journeys for discerning travellers.
Warrior is seeking a Hospitality Development & Project Manager to support the growth of the new brand from early-stage concept development through to project delivery. This is a hybrid role that evolves from strategic development - supporting feasibility, design, and partnership work - into hands-on project management once the first sites are launched.
The ideal candidate will combine commercial development understanding with strong project management and technical delivery skills, ensuring the new brand's vision translates seamlessly from brand to built form.
Key Responsibilities:
Development Phase (Pre-Project Activation)
- Support the Head of Destinations in developing the new brand's site pipeline, product typologies, and investment materials.
- Assist in site evaluations, feasibility studies, and due diligence (technical, environmental, and commercial).
- Contribute to financial and operational modelling inputs for proposed sites.
- Coordinate with consultants, design teams, and advisors during early-stage concept and planning.
- Prepare design briefs, consultant scopes, and development reports aligned with brand standards.
- Support stakeholder and investor presentations, RFP submissions, and partnership documentation.
- Track progress through development dashboards, risk registers, and schedule updates.
Project Management Phase (Post-Site Confirmation)
- Transition to a full Project Manager role once development moves into execution.
- Manage design development through RIBA or equivalent stages.
- Lead day-to-day coordination between consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Oversee budget management, procurement, and cost control processes.
- Manage project schedules, ensuring timely milestone delivery.
- Conduct quality, safety, and progress reviews through site visits and reporting.
- Support final commissioning, handover, and operational readiness for the new brand and operational team.
Skills & Competencies
Strategic & Development
- Strong grasp of hospitality, tourism, or mixed-use destination development.
- Ability to translate brand vision and experience frameworks into technical briefs.
- Understanding of project feasibility, financial modelling, and investment logic.
- Familiarity with zoning, permitting, and environmental assessment processes.
Project Delivery
- Proven experience managing design and construction teams within hospitality or lifestyle projects.
- Knowledge of RIBA/PMI frameworks, modular or hybrid build systems, and construction sequencing.
- Skilled in value engineering, procurement management, and contractor coordination.
- Competent in MS Project / Primavera, Excel, PowerPoint, and design coordination tools (AutoCAD/Revit).

Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Real Estate, or Hospitality Development.
- 810 years experience in project and development management roles, preferably within hospitality, tourism, or destination sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects from feasibility to construction and handover.
- Experience in the GCC or comparable international markets preferred.
- English fluency required;
