Job Description

We are looking to hire a Hospitality Recruiter who will be responsible for managing end-to-end, high-volume recruitment projects across operational departments for our client based in Dubai which is one of the largest companies in the region.

This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 11 months and is renewable.

The role sits within the Recruitment Department and reports directly to the Recruitment Manager.

We are looking for a passionate Recruiter about delivering high-quality talent acquisition solutions within fast-paced, customer-facing industries. You should also have experience in/possess knowledge of high-volume hiring, hospitality or F&B recruitment, LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing, stakeholder management, and large-scale project-based recruitment campaigns.

Key responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across departments such as F&B, room service, concierge, guest relations, retail, and front-of-house operations.

Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring timelines.

Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels to build strong talent pipelines.

Conduct candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Ensure candidates meet job-specific requirements and align with brand standards.

Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, and documentation for ongoing hiring activities.

Represent the brand professionally in all candidate and stakeholder interactions.

Knowledge, skills & experience:

35 years of recruitment experience within the UAE or GCC region.

Proven experience hiring for hospitality, F&B, retail, customer service, or other high-volume industries.

Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.

Experience supporting large-scale or project-based recruitment campaigns.

Previous exposure to pre-opening or high-growth hiring environments is preferred.

Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Availability:

Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or with a maximum 30 days notice period.
