About the roleWe are hiring an experienced, hands-on sales professional to grow Affinect in Abu Dhabi.
Affinect is a hospitality martech platform used by restaurants and hospitality groups to capture first-party customer data through guest WiFi and turn it into repeat visits using CRM-style automation, campaigns, and insights.
This role is for someone who already understands how restaurants buy software.
This is not a desk job, distributor role, or FMCG sales role. You will be in venues, generating leads, meeting decision-makers, opening doors, and closing SaaS deals.
What you will do- Own new business growth for restaurants and hospitality groups in Abu Dhabi
- Prospect and close hospitality SaaS deals independently
- Get meetings through in-person outreach, phone, WhatsApp, and referrals
- Sell directly to marketing teams, owners, operations, and IT stakeholders
- Manage the full sales cycle from first meeting to signed agreement
- Build and maintain your own local pipeline
- Share structured market feedback with leadership and product teams
What we are looking for (must-have)
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE
- Direct experience selling restaurant or hospitality software, such as:
- CRM platforms, POS systems, Loyalty or rewards platforms, Marketing automation or martech tools
- Strong familiarity with how restaurants and hospitality groups make buying decisions
- Comfortable working independently and generating your own leads
- Based in Abu Dhabi, or strong existing Abu Dhabi sales experience
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
Nice to have (strong advantage)
- Arabic speaking (not mandatory, but a strong plus)
- Experience working with:
- System integrators
- Network engineers
- IT resellers serving hospitality
- Exposure to reseller or partner-led sales models
- Existing relationships within hospitality, IT, or restaurant groups
