We are looking for a Hospitality Training Manager to lead the delivery and operations of the hospitality arm at Dusit Thani College Riyadh. This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for academic leadership, scheduling, team management, and direct teaching within the Talent Opportunity Program (TOP).
Dusit Thani College Riyadh introduces a globally respected institution for hospitality, tourism, and culinary arts education to Saudi Arabia through an exclusive partnership with Alkhaleej Training & Education.
The college delivers internationally recognized programs from Dusit Thani College, Bangkok Thailand's first and largest institute dedicated to hospitality education and training, and a subsidiary of Dusit International, one of Southeast Asia's leading hospitality companies with a portfolio of luxury hotels and resorts across Asia and the Middle East.
Scheduled to open in early 2026 in the Al Narjis district of Riyadh, Dusit Thani College Riyadh focuses on career-oriented education and workforce development, preparing learners for entry-level and professional roles across hotel operations, guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage service, and wider hospitality environments.
A core pillar of the college's offering is the Talent Opportunity Program (TOP) a structured, six-month workforce-entry program designed to equip learners with job-ready skills and enable a direct transition into employment within the hospitality sector. The program consists of three months of skills-based learning followed by three months of on-the-job training delivered through guaranteed internship placements.

What you do as a Hospitality Training Manager
Lead the delivery of the TOP Hospitality Program across all cohorts
Introduce the program to each new intake and set expectations
Develop annual enrolment and intake plans
Create and manage cohort and teaching schedules
Line-manage all hospitality trainers
Ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across delivery
Deliver core hospitality foundations, professional skills, and hospitality English topics
Act as the academic point of contact for hospitality programs
What we require from you
Senior hospitality operations background
Experience in training or education environments
Strong leadership, planning, and scheduling capability
Excellent English communication skills, Arabic is a plus
