The Food & Beverage team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi is dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences through genuine hospitality, personalized service, and attention to detail. As the first and last point of contact for many guests, the Hostess team plays a vital role in creating memorable impressions and ensuring a seamless guest journey.

As a Hostess, you will report to the Assistant Manager – Outlet and work closely with service associates and restaurant leadership to create a welcoming atmosphere and an outstanding dining experience for every guest.

As a Hostess, you will be responsible for creating exceptional first impressions by warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations, and coordinating seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service.

You will act as the face of the restaurant, balancing operational efficiency with genuine hospitality while maintaining the highest standards of presentation, organization, and guest engagement. Your ability to anticipate guest needs and personalize interactions will help create memorable dining experiences that reflect Rosewood's commitment to excellence.

• Welcome and escort guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a memorable arrival and departure experience
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to optimize service and enhance the dining experience
• Maintain accurate knowledge of menus, promotions, restaurant operations, and hotel offerings to assist guests confidently
• Communicate guest preferences, VIP arrivals, and special requests to the service team to ensure personalized experiences
• Monitor restaurant presentation, cleanliness, and readiness to uphold Rosewood and LQA standards
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and service recovery situations with care and professionalism
  

• You have experience in a hostess, guest relations, restaurant, or hospitality environment
• You are naturally welcoming and passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences
• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished and professional presence
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing reservations and guest flow in a fast-paced environment
• You are comfortable using hospitality systems and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• You communicate fluently in English; additional language skills are highly valued
