Essential Functions- Greet and welcome guests
- Escort guests to their assigned table, offering seating assistance
- Intake, recording, and accurate follow-up on restaurant reservations
- Maintain and upkeep the restaurant's digital reservations system
- Coordinate and cooperate with restaurant management and service team to ensure the appropriate flow of operation
- Daily upkeep of restaurant menus, wine, and drink list as well as issuing general material requisition
- Updating restaurant forms in Excel and ensuring constant upkeep of all restaurant documentation
- Perform table assignments, opening and closing duties
