We are urgently hiring a Hostess / Captain for a reputed standalone restaurant in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have 35 years of experience in standalone or hotel restaurants, with a pleasant personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle high-volume restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome, greet, and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage reservations and coordinate guest seating to optimize table turnover
- Supervise and support service staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with efficiency and courtesy
- Ensure service standards, hygiene, and customer satisfaction are maintained
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams during peak operations
Requirements:
- 35 years of F&B experience in a standalone restaurant or hotel restaurant
- Bilingual
- Must be locally available in Qatar with a transferable visa/NOC
- Pleasant personality, well-presented, and customer-focused
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage operations in a busy restaurant environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
