Hostess / Host who will be the welcoming face of our restaurant, ensuring guests feel comfortable, valued, and well taken care of from the moment they arrive.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
- Greeting guests warmly and escorting them to their tables in a professional manner.
- Managing reservations, waitlists, and table allocations efficiently.
- Coordinating closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Handling guest inquiries, special requests, and basic service recovery with courtesy.
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the reception and entrance areas.
- Providing accurate information about menus, promotions, and restaurant offerings.
- Monitoring guest satisfaction and communicating feedback to the team.
- Assisting with guest departures and thanking them for their visit.
- Ensuring adherence to service standards, grooming, and brand guidelines.
What we need from you:
- Previous experience as a Hostess / Host, preferably in a hotel or high-end restaurant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and service-oriented personality.
- Good command of English; Arabic language will be an advantage.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm during busy service periods.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
