Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality with a guest-first attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Knowledge of reservation systems is an advantage
