Role Summary

We are seeking a professional, presentable, and customer-focused Hostess to welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Manage seating arrangements and table allocation.
• Coordinate reservations and walk-in guests.
• Maintain accurate guest waiting lists.
• Answer telephone inquiries and reservation requests.
• Coordinate with service staff to maximize seating efficiency.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Maintain restaurant entrance and reception area standards.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as a Hostess or Receptionist in restaurants, hospitality, or hotels.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Arabic speaking is preferred.
• Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards.
• Familiarity with reservation systems is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
