Summary-
We are looking for a professional and courteous Restaurant Hostess to join our team at our 5-star hotel. The Restaurant Hostess will be responsible for greeting guests, seating them, and managing reservations to ensure an excellent dining experience.
Job Responsibility-
- Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Escort guests to their tables, providing them with menus and ensuring they are comfortable.
- Maintain a neat and organized waiting list and reservation book.
- Assist in taking reservations over the phone or in person.
- Coordinate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Answer guest inquiries and provide information about the restaurant, menu, and special promotions.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
Candidate Requirements-
- Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of reservation systems is a plus.
