Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Hostess based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Hostess will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless dining experience. Additional responsibilities include answering phone inquiries with professional etiquette, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and coordinating with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with guests and team members effectively
• Experience in managing reservations and possessing excellent phone etiquette
• Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive guest experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment
• Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Prefers Arabic and Russian speakers
• EU nationals are advantage
