We are seeking a Hostess for a full-time, on-site position based in Hurghada at The Cascades Golf Resort, SPA & Thalasso. The Hostess will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring a positive guest experience. Key tasks include answering inquiries, providing excellent customer service, managing phone bookings, and supporting the team to uphold high hospitality standards.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage professionally and warmly with guests and team members
• Proficient in managing reservations and coordinating seating arrangements
• Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on creating positive experiences
• Phone etiquette and the ability to handle inquiries effectively
• Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Relevant experience in hospitality or a related field is an advantage
