Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid for a Hotel and Booking Reservation C1 Wave 1 position. The employee will assist customers with booking reservations, modify existing reservations, manage inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities may also include guiding guests through available services, responding promptly to customer needs, performing receptionist duties, and collaborating with multiple teams to ensure smooth operations.
