Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and courteous transportation services to guests, VIPs, and hotel management.
- Maintain cleanliness and good condition of hotel vehicles.
- Assist guests with loading/unloading luggage.
- Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs to airports, meetings, or tourist destinations.
- Maintain a logbook for mileage, fuel consumption, and route records.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle issues immediately to management.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, hotel policies, and safety standards.
- Support other departments with transportation needs as required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience in a luxury hotel or similar hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Fluent in English; additional language(s) is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
