Job Description


Role Description The Hotel General Manager at Super 15 will oversee day-to-day hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services, to ensure a consistently high-quality guest experience. This part-time hybrid role is based in Abu Dhabi, with a mix of on-site presence and some work-from-home flexibility for administrative and reporting tasks. The Hotel General Manager will manage staff scheduling, performance, and training, monitor budgets and financial performance, and implement operational standards and policies. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, maintaining property safety and compliance, addressing guest feedback, and driving improvements in service delivery and occupancy. The role also involves preparing regular operational reports, supporting marketing and sales initiatives, and aligning hotel performance with Super 15's overall service and quality expectations.

Qualifications

  • Operational management skills, including hotel or hospitality operations oversight, staff supervision, and process improvement.
  • Financial and analytical skills, such as budgeting, cost control, revenue monitoring, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Customer service and communication strengths, including conflict resolution, guest relationship management, and clear written and verbal communication.
  • Organizational and administrative abilities, including scheduling, reporting, documentation, and coordination across departments.
  • Leadership and people management capabilities, including coaching, performance management, and creating an inclusive, collaborative work environment.
  • Proficiency with standard office and hospitality software (e.g., PMS systems, MS Office) and comfort with hybrid work tools and practices.
  • Previous experience in hotel management, hospitality supervision, or a similar leadership role is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to work part time in Abu Dhabi with flexibility for hybrid working arrangements and occasional extended hours during peak periods.
