We are currently looking for an Hotel Representative (German Speaking) to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet guests face-to-face at hotels to welcome them and provide destination information.
• Present and sell optional excursions, transfers, and additional services tailored to guest needs.
• Act as the main point of contact for guest queries, concerns, and special requests during their stay.
• Coordinate with hotel management and tour operator partners to ensure smooth guest service delivery.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues where necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, sales, and guest interactions.
• Represent ODEON Tours professionally at all times, upholding service standards and brand reputation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Fluent in German (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Previous experience in a hotel representative role is mandatory.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused mindset.
• Sales-oriented attitude with the ability to confidently present and upsell services.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per operational needs.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
