Company Description Al Khozama Hotel & Residences KAUST is located in Jeddah, Thuwal at the heart of King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, close to the university, health centers, and residential areas in Jeddah. The property offers a variety of accommodation options, including elegantly furnished rooms, suites, and luxury residences designed to meet international hospitality standards. Guests enjoy a range of dining experiences with international cuisine, supported by high-quality service and a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel provides comprehensive business, conference, and banquet facilities for events of all sizes, as well as a fully equipped gym and female-only spa for relaxation and fitness.

Role Description The Hotel Sales Manager is responsible for driving room, events, and catering revenue by identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with corporate, institutional, and individual clients. This full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah includes managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and contracts, conducting site inspections, and negotiating rates and packages. The role involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams to design promotional offers, ensure service delivery meets client expectations, and support key events at the hotel and KAUST. The Hotel Sales Manager will monitor market trends, prepare sales forecasts and reports, and participate in networking activities to strengthen the hotel's market position and brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including professional written and verbal interaction with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven Customer Service capabilities with a focus on guest satisfaction, relationship building, and problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated Sales and Sales Management experience, including pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Knowledge of Marketing and hospitality sales promotions, with the ability to support campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Previous experience in hotel or hospitality sales (Preferred in Jeddah), preferably in a 4- or 5-star environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, including use of CRM tools and reporting in MS Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Opera Cloud Sales System.
