Role Description The Hotel Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tabuk/Umluj. This role is responsible for driving room and event revenue across the group's hotels by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and managing key accounts. Daily tasks include prospecting and meeting with corporate and leisure clients, preparing proposals and contracts, coordinating with front office and reservations teams, and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts. The Hotel Sales Manager collaborates with marketing to support promotional campaigns, represents the hotels at local events and trade shows, and monitors market trends and competitor activity. The role also requires regular communication with management to provide updates on performance, pipeline, and strategies for growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven Customer Service skills with a focus on building long-term guest and client relationships.
  • Demonstrated Sales and Sales Management skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Experience in Marketing activities related to hospitality or services, such as promotions and campaigns.
  • Previous experience in hotel sales or hospitality is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Umluj and collaborate across multiple properties.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in reporting and documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office or similar productivity software.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Resident in KSA with Transferable Iqama
