Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and discreet House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Chairman's private residence(s). The ideal candidate will bring a strong Food & Beverage (F&B) background, ensuring exceptional hospitality standards, fine dining service, and seamless event execution within a luxury private household environment.
This role requires a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage staff, vendors, and high-profile hospitality experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Household & Operations Management
- Oversee all aspects of the Chairman's residence(s), ensuring impeccable standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and service.
- Manage daily operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, security coordination, and inventory.
- Develop and implement SOPs to maintain luxury service standards.
- Coordinate between multiple properties (if applicable), ensuring consistency across all locations.
Food & Beverage (Critical Requirement)
- Design and oversee high-end dining experiences, both formal and informal.
- Curate menus in collaboration with chefs based on the Chairman's preferences, dietary requirements, and guest profiles.
- Supervise kitchen operations, including procurement of premium ingredients.
- Ensure fine dining service standards are consistently met (table setting, service etiquette, wine pairing, etc.).
- Manage private events, dinners, and gatherings with a focus on hospitality excellence.
Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise household staff including but not limited to chefs, stewards, housekeepers, and service staff.
- Establish performance standards and conduct regular evaluations.
- Foster a professional, disciplined, and service-oriented team environment.
- Ensure adequate staffing for events and high-demand periods.
Event & Guest Experience Management
- Plan and execute private events, including VIP dinners, receptions, and family gatherings.
- Coordinate guest services for visiting dignitaries and high-net-worth individuals.
- Ensure seamless guest experiences with strong attention to personalization and detail.
Vendor & Budget Management
- Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
- Oversee procurement of household and F&B supplies with a focus on quality and cost control.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and reporting for the household operations.
Confidentiality & Discretion
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times.
- Exercise sound judgment in managing sensitive information and high-profile interactions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- 8–12+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, private households, or high-end F&B operations.
- Proven experience in fine dining, hotel F&B, or luxury catering environments.
- Prior experience supporting UHNW individuals or senior executives is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine, service etiquette, and hospitality standards.
