We are hiring an experienced Household & Lifestyle ManagerFemale for a prestigious private residence in Saudi Arabia.
Salary: USD 6,600 per month
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a luxury private residence.
- Supervise household staff and ensure high service standards.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, contractors, and vendors.
- Manage household inventories, groceries, supplies, and procurement.
- Source furniture, décor, fashion items, gifts, appliances, and household products.
- Obtain quotations, compare suppliers, and coordinate purchases and deliveries.
- Prepare the residence for family gatherings, VIP guests, and special events.
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the residence.
- Occasionally oversee children's routines and coordinate with childcare staff (no direct childcare responsibilities).
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Household Manager, Estate Manager, Lifestyle Manager, Butler Manager, Executive Housekeeper, Hospitality Manager, or a similar role.
- Previous experience working with VIP or High-Net-Worth (HNW/UHNW) families.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing staff, vendors, maintenance, and procurement.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Preferred Candidate
- Femalecandidate.
- Preferably Arabic-speaking (Lebanesecandidates are highly preferred).
- Preferred : 40–60 years.
- Candidates may be located inside or outside Saudi Arabia.
