Job Description

House Manager – Private Family Villa

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional House Manager to oversee the operations of a private villa for an UHNW family in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • :Manage the day-to-day operations of the private residence, ensuring impeccable standards at all times
  • .Lead, supervise, and coordinate all household staff, including housekeeping, chefs, drivers, security, gardeners, and external contractors
  • .Oversee property maintenance, preventive servicing, renovations, and vendor management
  • .Manage household budgets, inventories, procurement, and operational expenses
  • .Coordinate family requests, events, travel preparations, and special projects
  • .Ensure complete discretion, confidentiality, and exceptional personalized service

.Requirements

  • :Minimum 5 years of experience as a House Manager, Estate Manager, Residence Manager, or in a similar leadership role within a private UHNW residence or 5-star luxury hotel
  • .Previous experience managing luxury residential properties or private estates is essential
  • .Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
  • .Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • .High attention to detail with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • .Absolute professionalism, integrity, and discretion
