About the Role

We are seeking a professional, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join a prestigious VIP household in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the residence to exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards while ensuring privacy, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.

This is a live-in position, and accommodation and meals will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of bedrooms, living areas, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, polish, and sanitize all household surfaces to VIP standards.
• Make beds and maintain guest rooms in pristine condition.
• Wash, iron, fold, and organize clothing, linens, and household textiles.
• Organize wardrobes, closets, storage areas, and household supplies.
• Handle delicate fabrics, luxury furnishings, antiques, and valuable household items with care.
• Replenish toiletries, cleaning materials, and household supplies.
• Maintain high hygiene and sanitation standards throughout the residence.
• Assist with meal setup, table arrangements, and occasional hospitality duties when required.
• Follow cleaning schedules and special instructions from household management.
• Report maintenance issues or damaged items promptly.
• Safeguard confidential information regarding the family and household operations.
• Support additional housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Child Care Experience is a must

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Attendant, Housekeeper, or Room Attendant in a VIP residence, private household, luxury hotel, or palace.
• Excellent knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning chemicals, and equipment.
• Experience handling luxury furniture, marble, wood finishes, and delicate materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and capable of performing housekeeping duties.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Must be willing to live within the employer's accommodation (Live-in is mandatory).
• Child Care Experience is a must

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working for VIP families, Royal households, or UHNW residences.
• Hospitality or housekeeping certification.
• Knowledge of laundry care and garment maintenance.
• Basic food service or hospitality experience.
• Child Care Experience is a must
