Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeper / Steward role based at Buffalo Wings & Rings in Dubai.
- The Housekeeper / Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across dining, kitchen, storage, and restroom areas, following company and local health standards.
- Daily tasks include cleaning tables and floors, washing dishes and kitchen utensils, and ensuring supplies and cleaning materials are properly stocked and organized.
- The role also involves supporting the kitchen and service teams by keeping workstations tidy, disposing of waste safely, and reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
- The Housekeeper / Steward is expected to interact respectfully with team members and guests when needed, contributing to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high sanitation standards.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary safety guidelines.
- Good physical condition to handle long hours on your feet and lifting heavy items when necessary.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
