Position Summary:
We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendants to join our luxury residential and hospitality operations at Yas Acres, Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all guest and staff areas, ensuring an exceptional and welcoming environment at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest areas, common spaces, restrooms, and designated zones.
- Make beds, change linens, clean floors, dust surfaces, and sanitize bathrooms and high-touch areas.
- Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals in accordance with safety standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Replenish toiletries, towels, cleaning supplies, and other amenities as required.
- Maintain personal grooming and hygiene in line with company standards.
- Follow checklists and daily task schedules provided by the supervisor.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of guests and residents.
- Support deep-cleaning routines and special cleaning projects when needed.
- Handle guest requests politely and promptly or escalate to the supervisor if needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience (preferably in a luxury property or hotel).
- Physically fit and able to handle long hours of standing, walking, and physical tasks.
- Ability to communicate in basic English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
