Job Overview

• Perform cleaning and housekeeping activities across airport lounge facilities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness of all premises, equipment, and service areas.

• Handle guest and operational requests or complaints with professionalism and patience.

• Maintain basic records of inventory and supplies.

• Strictly adhere to health, safety, and company-related practices.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing across lounge areas including public areas, shower rooms, back-of-house areas, and buffet counters.

• Assist in loading and unloading of food items when required.

• Clean tables and service areas after guests have finished their meals.

• Ensure store rooms are orderly and conduct regular stock checks.

• Deliver food, beverages, utensils, and equipment to service areas when required.

• Notify supervisors of any damages, shortages, or defects.

• Ensure proper use and protection of cleaning equipment and tools.

• Handle reasonable complaints and requests with professionalism and patience.

• Strictly comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia.

• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Supervisor as required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality operations.

• Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.

• Attentive to detail with a positive and proactive attitude.

• Ability to work independently with good efficiency.

• Basic spoken English communication skills; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

• Willingness to work shift duties as required.

• Work location: Airport – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
