Housekeeping & Cleaning Manager

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping & Cleaning Manager to lead and manage large-scale cleaning operations across high-traffic facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage housekeeping and cleaning operations across multiple areas

Supervise large teams and ensure the highest hygiene and cleanliness standards

Implement cleaning schedules, SOPs, and quality control procedures

Conduct regular inspections and performance evaluations

Manage inventory, equipment, and operational budgets

Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and municipality regulations

Coordinate with maintenance and security teams

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in top-tier facilities, strictly within 5-star hotels or luxury hospitality environments

Proven experience managing teams of 30+ staff, including supervisors and cleaners, across multiple shifts

Strong leadership, operational, and people-management skills

In-depth knowledge of professional cleaning standards and safety regulations

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
