Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and service quality.
- Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high performance and productivity standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor cleaning schedules, procedures, and quality control measures.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor usage, and coordinate the procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards.
- Address and resolve guest or client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and service excellence.
- Coordinate with other departments to align housekeeping activities with overall operational objectives.
- Prepare reports on housekeeping performance, staffing, and operational activities.
- Stay informed on new cleaning technologies, materials, and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Ensure alignment of individual and team efforts with the organization's strategic goals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement to achieve desired outcomes.
- Perform any additional duties or tasks assigned by the direct supervisor, as required to support departmental and organizational objectives.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related fields.
- 7-10 years in housekeeping or hospitality management roles.
