Housekeeping Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager with a strong hotel operations background to oversee housekeeping operations for a major multi-sport international event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and operational readiness across assigned facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for athletes, officials, staff, and guests.

Contract: 19 Oct 2026 to 26 Dec 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily housekeeping operations across assigned facilities.
• Ensure all areas are clean, hygienic, and well-maintained.
• Supervise housekeeping staff and assign daily tasks.
• Prepare staff schedules and monitor team performance.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet housekeeping needs.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
• Address housekeeping issues and urgent cleaning requests.
• Monitor the performance of cleaning service providers.
  
  

Required Skills

• Excellent knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, hygiene, and quality control.
• Ability to manage inventory, supplies, equipment, and operational budgets.
• Proficiency in housekeeping management systems and Microsoft Office.
  
  

Experience Requirement

• Minimum 4 years of housekeeping experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.Proven experience managing housekeeping operations in hotels, resorts, or large hospitality facilities.
• Experience in major sporting events, large-scale events, or temporary accommodation operations is an advantage.
