Apt Resources is seeking a highly professional and discreet Housekeeping Manager to oversee the upkeep and organization of a VIP private family residence in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, superior management skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and household presentation in a luxury home environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead all housekeeping activities within the private family residence, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and order throughout the property.
- Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff, ensuring efficiency and high standards of performance.
- Coordinate with other household staff and vendors to ensure seamless operations and address any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
- Maintain inventory of household supplies, manage procurement and budget control with discretion and attention to quality.
- Implement and uphold privacy, confidentiality, and security protocols appropriate for a VIP household.
- Plan and execute deep cleaning projects and seasonal household preparations as required.
- Adapt to the family's lifestyle, preferences, and schedule, providing exceptional service and anticipating needs proactively.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing housekeeping operations within high-profile private residences or luxury estates.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and staff members efficiently.
- Discretion, trustworthiness, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage a small team.
- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Flexibility to accommodate the changing needs and schedules of a private family.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
Benefits
