Job Purpose

The main purpose of this role is to manage and oversee housekeeping and soft services operations across the site, ensuring effective cleaning planning, deep cleaning planning, manpower distribution, service quality, compliance, safety, and operational efficiency while meeting client requirements and agreed service standards.

What You Will Be Doing

This position has the authority to:

• Plan and allocate housekeeping and soft services activities.
• Prioritize cleaning requirements based on site operational needs.
• Allocate and redistribute housekeeping manpower according to workload and operational requirements.
• Escalate operational, service quality, safety, and manpower issues.
• Manage housekeeping work schedules and contractor/service provider activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, housekeeping, hygiene, and operational procedures.
• Recommend improvements to cleaning methods, manpower utilization, service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Take immediate corrective actions to address service quality gaps and client requirements.
  
  

What you will bring

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification
• Relevant housekeeping, soft services, facilities management, or cleaning operations experience.
• Experience managing housekeeping teams and supervisors.
• Experience managing contractors and outsourced service providers.
• Experience in manpower planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Experience in operational reporting and service performance tracking.
• Experience in large-scale commercial, industrial, warehouse, or logistics facilities is preferred.
