Job Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and hotel facilities
- Ensure international cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Replace linens, towels, and guest room supplies properly
- Respond to guest housekeeping requests professionally
- Maintain housekeeping equipment and cleaning materials
- Report maintenance or repair issues to management
- Support team members to ensure smooth hotel operations
- Ensure guest satisfaction through quality housekeeping service
Requirements
- Experience: At least 2 years
