Role Description The Housekeeping Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This role includes assigning and monitoring tasks for housekeeping and laundry staff, conducting inspections to ensure cleanliness and adherence to brand standards, and coordinating with other departments to support smooth hotel operations. The Housekeeping Supervisor responds to guest requests and feedback, helps manage inventory and usage of cleaning supplies and linens, and supports training and guidance for the housekeeping team. The position also involves maintaining safety and hygiene protocols, updating records and reports, and contributing to continuous improvement of housekeeping processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
• Candidates should possess solid Housekeeping experience, with knowledge of cleaning procedures, room standards, and hygiene practices.
• Candidates should possess Laundry skills, including handling linens, operating laundry equipment, and managing laundry workflows.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Relevant hotel or hospitality experience, preferably in a supervisory housekeeping role.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, with flexibility for weekends and shifts as required.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Basic computer literacy for reporting and inventory management; diploma or certificate in hospitality management is an advantage.
