We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising housekeeping staff, maintaining cleanliness standards, and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness standards
- Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff
- Prepare staff schedules and assign duties
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and inventory
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene, and safety standards
- Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly
- Report maintenance issues to the engineering department
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in the hotel industry
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and hotel housekeeping standards
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
