Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Housekeeping Supervisor located in Doha, Qatar, with some remote work flexibility. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee the housekeeping team, ensuring high cleanliness standards, and manage daily operations, including organizing staff schedules and monitoring workflow efficiency. The role includes supervising laundry services, maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, and providing exceptional customer service to guests or residents by addressing any cleanliness-related concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead and manage a housekeeping team effectively
- Experience with Housekeeping and Laundry operations, including maintaining cleanliness standards
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure guest/resident satisfaction
- Effective Communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders clearly and professionally
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid work environment
- Prior experience in hospitality, facilities management, or a related field is a plus
