Responsible for the direction, control, administration, organization and operation of the Housing Departments.
Key Responsibilities
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
- Devise a cleaning plan for the Talent Housing Compound and ensure its daily completion
- Communicate any problems or concerns with the Director of Human Resources
- Request all necessary cleaning supplies from the Purchasing and ensure correct tracking
- Enforce and uphold the rules and regulations of the Talent Housing
- Maximize awareness of safety and security amongst the Talents in the Staff Housing
- Inspect on a daily basis the cleanliness of the building and surrounding areas
- Keep a control over Recreation areas and items within the Staff Housing Recreation Centre
- Implement effective Sports activities and ensure Associates participation in all levels.
- Ensure a good working condition for all the equipment throughout the Talents Housing
- Ensure that checklist of all the Fire and Safety Equipment are done
- Initiate and actively get involved in all Associate social and Sports Activities
- To ensure that each and every job is done to a high standard that all work schedule is done in a timely manner
- To ensure to maintain high level of hospitality and associate concern
- Coordinate with the Human Resources Manager to all incoming new hires and implement arrival experience.
- Coordinate and approve all room transfer requests and submit to the Director of Human Resources for approval
- To conduct daily inspection of rooms and public areas
- To work closely with the Security to check daily log book
- Coordinate with the transportation company to organize the shuttle buses for the Talent to and from the Hotel
- Assist the Director of Human Resources to all problems related concern of the associates
- Perform any duties and responsibilities assigned by the Director of Human Resources
Profile Required
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
- Previous user of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy of spelling and grammar, layout and content formation essential.
- Highly organized and efficient approach required
- Ability to manage varying needs and prioritizing to ensure best business results
