Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Housing Manager, on-site position in Mecca and Madinah. The Housing Manager will oversee and manage accommodation arrangements, ensuring that all living facilities meet the required standards of comfort and quality. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors and service providers, managing booking and allocation processes, and addressing guest concerns. The role also involves maintaining efficient operations and ensuring compliance with local regulations and organizational guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Housing Management, Facility Coordination, and Vendor Relations
• Experience in Operations, Service Quality Management, and Problem-Solving
• Effective Communication, Organizational, and Leadership skills
• Strong Administrative, Planning, and Time Management capabilities
• Knowledge of logistics, local regulations in Mecca and Madinah, and Hajj or Umrah operations is an advantage
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with additional languages being a plus
