Job Description

Responsible for the daily management of staff accommodation, room allocation, inspections, maintenance coordination, and employee concerns while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accommodation operations and room allocations.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
• Coordinate maintenance and resolve accommodation issues.
• Maintain accurate accommodation records and reports.
• Coordinate with HR, Engineering, and Security as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in accommodation, facilities, or hotel operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Good command of English and Microsoft Office.
