Job Description

About the Role

The Housing Manager shall be responsible to manage the whole residential area and shall be representing the operations on behalf of the DBFOM Contractor.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for management and operations of the complete housing operations and related resources.
  • Responsible for setting housing plans, operating procedures and creation of a filing and document tracing system.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is met.
  • Conduct random and quality checks on the operations.
  • Maintain a proper communication between the customers and the housing operations.
  • Acting as a conduit between the NEOM Community Management and Housing, Logistics, Help Desk, O&M Teams and other Community related department and vendors.
  • Ensuring maintaining a high level of grooming and hygiene of the housing team.

Managing the following functions:

  • Key Control
  • Lost & Found
  • General Administration
  • Operations
  • Customer Relations
  • Housing Management
  • Quality Management
  • Equipment
  • Logistics

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in 5-star Hotels or Resorts or housing services or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

Familiar with computerized solutions including, but not limited to, CAFM, Microsoft office, etc.

Fluent in English (Speaking/Reading/Writing).
