Job Role :
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Administrator to support daily human resources functions including HR operations, employee relations, and administrative activities. The role ensures smooth HR processes, accurate record-keeping, and effective support to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities :
HR Operations & Administration :
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes and documentation
- Prepare HR letters (offers, confirmations, warnings, NOCs, etc.)
- Support payroll by maintaining attendance, leave, and timesheet records
- Assist with recruitment coordination and support
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee HR queries
- Support grievance handling and employee issue documentation
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives
- Coordinate internal HR communications and announcements
Reporting & Compliance :
- Assist with HR reporting and audits
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
- Support management with HR data and documentation as required
Requirements & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in HR administration or similar role
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR processes
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
