Job Summary:

Join Plaza Premium Lounge Group as an HR and Admin Executive. We're seeking a dynamic individual to support our HR and administrative functions. If you're passionate about HR, team engagement, and ensuring a smooth office operation, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full recruitment and selection process, from onboarding and offboarding.
• Support performance management from staff confirmation, to annual performance review to termination of employment
• Manage training & development administration, coordination, monthly reporting.
• Assist with staff engagement activities and social media promoting employer branding and staff engagement
• Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations.
• Provide essential administrative support

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Min. 3 years of HR and administrative experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
