We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic HR & Admin Manager with a strong background in the petrochemical or industrial sector to lead human resources and administrative operations, ensure compliance, and support organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and training & development.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the recruitment process, including coordination with hiring managers, external partners, and interview processes.
- Develop and implement training plans based on organizational needs and business objectives.
- Oversee performance appraisal processes and monitor probation periods.
- Maintain and update job descriptions, HR policies, and procedures in line with organizational requirements.
- Manage payroll, compensation, benefits, and employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide day-to-day HR guidance to line managers on employee-related matters.
- Oversee office administration, including facilities, procurement, and vendor management.
- Manage corporate services such as travel arrangements, office operations, and administrative support.
- Coordinate with legal advisors to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Support internal reporting through HR metrics such as turnover, hiring costs, and training effectiveness.
- Oversee health insurance programs and recommend enhancements to employee benefits.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all HR and administrative activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must have 12 to 18 years of experience in HR & Administration roles within the petrochemical sector.
- Strong knowledge of labor law, payroll, and HR operations.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple functions (HR & Administration) in a fast-paced environment.
