Vidabricks Real Estate is growing fast - which is exciting and also exactly why we need you.

With that growth comes a very real need for someone who can keep the people and operations side running smoothly while the rest of us are busy doing what real estate people do best: chasing deals, scheduling viewings, and hearing I'll call you in 5 minutes (three hours ago).

We're looking for an experienced HR & Admin Manager - someone who enjoys bringing structure, calm, and clarity to a fast-moving environment, and who genuinely likes working with people.

If you're the kind of person who can balance professionalism with a good sense of humor, you'll fit right in.

What you'll be doing:

  • Hiring and onboarding great people (the ones who actually stay and grow)
  • Managing HR operations, policies, documentation, and compliance
  • Keeping office and admin systems organized so everything runs smoothly
  • Supporting a growing team of real estate professionals
  • Helping create a workplace culture where people feel motivated, supported, and proud to work

What we are looking for:

  • Dubai real estate brokerage experience (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of UAE HR practices
  • Someone organized, proactive, and people-focused
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same
