Job Description

For a very well known Multinational company based in Sheikh Zayed an HR Admin is urgently needed.

Job Description:

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare and issue HR letters and maintain proper employee file archiving.
  • Handle the exit process and ensure completion of all required documents.
  • Process Social Insurance Forms (Form 1 & Form 6).
  • Manage stamping and signing of contracts, including third-party contracts.
  • Follow up with third-party vendors regarding salary increases and contract updates.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in HR or administration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Excellent English (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
