For a very well known Multinational company based in Sheikh Zayed an HR Admin is urgently needed.
Job Description:
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare and issue HR letters and maintain proper employee file archiving.
- Handle the exit process and ensure completion of all required documents.
- Process Social Insurance Forms (Form 1 & Form 6).
- Manage stamping and signing of contracts, including third-party contracts.
- Follow up with third-party vendors regarding salary increases and contract updates.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in HR or administration.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
