Job Description:

  • Oversee SAP and other HR systems, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of employee data.
  • Handle HR operations and administrative affairs, employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of employees and efficient delivery of HR services and compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Manage administrative functions, including payroll, facilities management, office supplies, and vendor relationships, to support smooth operations.
  • Assist in workforce planning by analyzing staffing needs and developing recruitment and retention strategies and oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, candidate screening.
  • Help establish performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and talent development plans.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of HR metrics and analytics to assess performance and effectiveness.
  • Assist in developing and delivering training programs for staff and managers on planning and performance management best practices.
  • Provide support and guidance to staff and managers on HR planning and performance management issues.

Qualification & Years of Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any other related field
  • 0 – 3 years
