Job DescriptionResponsible for the full-cycle human resources management of international employees in the Middle East, including visa and medical insurance processing, overall office administration, and assistance in recruitment and interviews. Ensure the compliance of the company's local operations and support the human resource needs of international projects.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee core HR affairs for international employees in the Middle East, including processing, renewal and follow-up of visas, residence permits and medical insurance.
  2. Manage daily office administration, including office supplies management, facility maintenance, expense reimbursement and fixed assets management.
  3. Assist in recruitment of international employees, including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement and onboarding orientation.
  4. Ensure HR and administrative operations comply with local labor laws and relevant regulatory requirements.
  5. Maintain employee relations, answer employee inquiries, organize small-scale employee care activities, and foster a harmonious team environment.
  6. Liaise with local authorities and cooperate with the headquarters HR team to optimize local HR and admin processes and improve efficiency.
  7. Complete other relevant tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

  1. 26-35,at least 2 years of relevant working experience in human resources; experience in HR in the Middle East (Abu Dhabi preferred) is a plus.
  2. Familiar with local labor laws, visa procedures, medical insurance policies and recruitment processes in the Middle East.
  3. Good business understanding, able to accurately identify local HR and administrative needs, and address differences between local and expatriate employee management.
  4. Fluent in English, with excellent communication, coordination, cross-cultural communication and administrative skills; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  5. Capable of independent thinking and problem-solving, detail-oriented and rigorous, able to work efficiently and independently in a multicultural environment.
  6. Candidates with a valid UAE work visa are preferred.
