Job Description

Hexing Group, a leading Chinese multinational operating in over 90 countries, is looking for a talented HR & Administration Officer to join our growing team in Middle East.

This role requires a dynamic HR professional who can support end-to-end people operations while also driving employer-branding and internal communication initiatives.

The ideal candidate will manage daily HR and administrative functions, coordinate onboarding, offboarding, social insurance, and attendance, and serve as the main liaison with HQ and external partners. In addition, the role includes creating localized content for internal engagement, supporting talent-attraction activities, and ensuring smooth coordination of technical and non-technical training with the HQ L&D team. Creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt global guidelines to the Egyptian market are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

HR

  • Tracking Time in- out for Employees
  • Send the attendance sheet to the payroll employee in HQ for salary transfer
  • Hiring/ Talent Acquisition according to the man power plan shared by HQ HRBP (Tech- Non Tech)
  • Strong knowledge of the Egyptian labor law
  • Managing employees onboarding & offboarding employees according to Egyptian labor law
  • Act as point of contact between the company & external parties (Legal/Banks/Financial Service provider)
  • Responsible for Social insurance operation
  • Issuance of HR Letters for employees

Facility Management

  • Handle office administration and operational logistics, including procurement, services, maintenance, and vendor coordination
  • Organize employee engagement activities and internal events in partnership with the Head Office to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
  • Responsible for office rent payment/maintenance

Training & Development

  • Act as key contact person between L&D Department at HQ
  • Coordinate VILT (Virtual- Instructor Led Training) Technical non technical with HQ

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Communications.
  • 24 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B industries (energy, technology, or infrastructure is a plus).
  • Experience in Chinese companies is a great plus
  • Having a car is a plus

Key Skills

  • Bilingual Communication (Arabic & English): Strong ability to communicate with HQ, draft HR letters, and coordinate with external stakeholders.
  • HR Operations & Labor Law Knowledge: Solid understanding of Egyptian labor law, onboarding/offboarding, and social insurance procedures.
  • Organizational & Time-Management Skills: Efficient in managing attendance, payroll inputs, vendor coordination, and multiple HR/admin tasks.
  • Content Creation & Employer Branding: Skilled in designing engaging materials and supporting internal communication and talent-attraction initiatives.
  • Digital Tools Proficiency: Strong use of MS Office, HR systems, and design platforms (Adobe/Canva) to support HR documentation and reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effective in working with international teams, L&D departments, and external partners to ensure smooth HR operations.
