Role Description
The HR & Administrative Assistant will oversee day-to-day administrative responsibilities, support HR activities including onboarding and recruitment, and assist leadership with executive administrative tasks. The role requires effective communication with team members, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth operational workflows. You will play a vital role in maintaining administrative organization and supporting employee engagement within the company.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) and familiarity with recruitment, onboarding, and HR policies in UAE
- Junior level with 2+ years experience are encouraged to apply (No Senior level needed)
- Knowledge in UAE Labour law is an advantage
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance to support leadership and manage office operations
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective interactions with employees, team members, and external stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in using office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Prior experience in a 3D printing, technology, or related innovative industry is an advantage
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, HR, or a related field preferred
